This Ryder location is a complete disaster. I bought a truck 3 1/2 months ago. Waited about a month for them to get the truck ready for pick up. I then sent payment on 5/28/21. Since then, I've made 3 attempts to pick up this unit but was forced to turned back around every single time due to mechanical problems. All three times we were able to go about 20 miles before the check engine light turned on and the vehicle speed was limited to 5 mph. 3 times the same problem. Last time was about 3 weeks ago and nobody has called me to give me an update since then. I have made several attempts to find out if the repairs have been completed with no success. No one at this location knows what's going on. As a truck dealer, I've purchased several units from Ryder but I've never had to deal with the kind of inept personnel at this location. George Salzman or Anthony Harper are two of the representatives I've dealt with and I wish nobody ever has to deal with these two... If anyone from Ryder's management ever reads my review, you guys really need to get your s*** together and possibly fire every single person at this location and replace them with people that actually want to work...

Bad customer service experience, when you get there they will give you a list of all trucks in their inventory and tell you to go look and find something you like. They don't follow a sales steps.
