Stacy, its frustrating when a client doesnt pay and then complains that we stopped working for them. You stopped paying in October of last year, and we withdrew from your case in February, after offering several ways for you to catch up but you never paid anything else. You came to us needing an emergency hearing and we responded very quickly. Emergency hearings have to be squeezed in between regularly scheduled cases, so the judge limited our time to 30 minutes. That was only long enough for one witness, which had to be you. Your case was not lost. The result of the emergency hearing was a temporary order, to be followed by a full hearing on a regularly scheduled date, when we would have time to present all of the facts and evidence you provided. While we prepared for the full hearing, we set up a payment plan for you. You made two installments but then stopped in mid-October. We contacted you several times since then and offered alternative arrangements but you never paid as agreed.

Trust me, the last thing I want to do is give this law firm a bad review. I truly wish I could give Rebecca 5 stars, however, she did nothing but make things far worse for me. She ignored my concerns about being put on the stand as my only witness. Then provided such a weak defense when I had provided a wealth of factual evidence she should have used to accurately defend me. I felt like instead of her roaring to my rescue, she had thrown me into the lions den. Ultimately losing my case.which was everything to me. My entire world was taken from me & I dont feel that matters to her at all.

Without Becca, there is no doubt your fanny would be in prison. It was her unwavering willingness to actually try the case and their knowledge that she would go to a jury trial that got you a probation offer on a serious violent felony.

I'm with the stay away crowd for this company. I can only state facts of my personal experience. Do not hire this firm for criminal cases. There experience or lack of, will get you no farther than a public defender will. The cost for a couple of calls to the prosecutor's office was outlandish. I don't mind paying a minimum for minimal work. At times Mrs. Ferguson seemed to be intimidated by our judge. The way things went were unexcusable for a professional. This firm will only litigate a case. Will not be a strong attorney that fights for their clients. With that said, stay away from this company for criminal cases. Like they like to say we're here to take the emotion out of it. Try protecting your clients.

It is preposterous for a client to give us a bad review because we don't work unless we are paid. You don't either. You hired us in June and made a down payment toward a flat fee that covered our work through the first stage, as agreed. Then the other side filed a separate suit against you on a related matter. We discounted our fee for handling that additional suit by 50%, and provided extensive advice, counsel and strategy on how to get the best results for you. You didn't follow our legal advice, and you didn't honor the payment schedule or agree to our multiple offers to set up a monthly payment plan on even the initial flat fee let alone the additional work. Since you refused to pay, we finally withdrew.

I'm usually not the one to do reviews but this law firm is pathetic to say the least they're going to talk you fast get your money not respond give you excuses and then quit on you. They are not genuine they don't work with you and they require a lot but give nothing but broken promises I'm in tears right now as I write this review I paid them half of their balance and was making monthly payments which now I'm finding out was not enough even though I was never placed on a payment plan.. these are money hungry lawyers they do not have your best intention at heart..
