I went to A-Game because of all the good reviews here on Yelp. I talked to Ernie about the order and explained that I need it to be done by Friday (5 business days). He said he's completely swapped but will do that for me. I placed the order and called on Friday to ask what time I can come and pick up the order. Ernie called 2 hours later to tell me that he's still busy and won't have it done by next week. Simply said that he got 5,000 t-shirt order like that should mean much to me. He never said he's sorry or apologized for this but just asked me if he should return the t-shirts I ordered. Obviously not a big deal for him. Really unprofessional and above all rude. The bottom line is if you are planing on spending $700 at A-Game maybe you should first ask Ernie if that's enough for him to keep his word.
