I had very bad experience with this company 4 Days ago, my daughter was needing a tow service in the dallas , area they said eta was 1 hour and they never Arrive i call another Company that help me out after 45 minutes i do not recommended this company.

Well you the only one crying for a safe security deposit and you didn’t want to pay to get the car out the impound, you are a rude lady, and never answer the phone to our driver he when to the place and you never answer we lost more job with your call then what we get have great day: Deposit for towing services are not refunded worst if driver has arrived to the pick up and customer is unable to locate we dont get free diesel pr food stamps like you

Do not hire these people they are verrryyyyyy unprofessional they will take your money and not give you it back they quoted me one price after I gave them the info to the place where my car was then when asked to give me back my deposit they claimed that they sent me the policy to my email which I didn’t receive again they are unprofessional they don’t communicate with each other either

Would not recommend. I was told the driver was 26 minutes away. An hour and a half later, Dallas PD called a wrecker, and within 15 arrived. They want you to pay upfront because they want to keep you locked in, and they can take their time getting to you. I was in a very dangerous area of highway with no way to get to safety. Beware!
