Staff is friendly but office is unreliable. They are closed when they are supposed to be open so I can't pick up my contacts. Never received contact prescription so I can't get contacts from somewhere else.

It is frustrating to be placed on hold. Even though I find it hard to believe you were on hold for 2 hours, anytime on hold can seem like an eternity. We always try to learn from any difficulty any of our patients have to make the care we give at Jax Vision Care better.

About the fifth time coming into downtown just to find out that this office is closed when it should be open. This time I showed up at 10:10am and Mondays they open at 9:30 yet the office doors were locked. I need to find myself another Optometrist who keeps good hours.
