I used to love Hungry Howies Pizza. However as of the past few times we have ordered there it has been messed up one way or another. A few times our pizza has been soggy.. but my most recent experience was just down right ridiculous.. I ordered 2 Large 1 topping pizzas , one medium Howie special add mild peppers and bacon howie bread and chicken Cesar salad with double cheese Double cucumber double green olives double mild peppers. The only things not messed up was Howie bread and two 1 topping larges.. medium pizza had three of the toppings it was suppose to have and my salad had lite toppings not the double I paid for.. they did replace but it took an extra hr and my family had to eat at separate times.. I won't be ordering again

We ordered the pizza when we were on the road. We were about 20 minutes away. Planning to pick it up on the way home. We had the app on our phone when we got there. We waited for over 20 minutes and the app never told us that our order was ready. We finally called the store and they said that our order was ready, "But that's set for pick up." "I know" The clerk had an attitude when we mentioned to her that the app had malfunctioned. The order was still warm. We were still hungry. We enjoyed the food and watched Loki.
