Started going to coffee connection in Cumberland, but once this location opened up closer to home we decided to give it a try. Since its opening weve been many times and every time weve had issues. From bad customer service to incorrect drinks the only thing keeping them at a 3 is the breakfast sandwiches. If someone comes in asking for an açaí bowl dont go to the person next to you and say do you want to make an açaí bowl. If its that big of a deal take it off the menu. Its like night and day when comparing Cumberland vs this location.

Atmosphere is amazing and perfect for downtown PVD. Breakfast sandwiches and coffee top notch!!! The team working the few times Ive visited were courteous and on point. The manager, Aria, came out to introduce herself.. fantastic personality! Will definitely recommend and be back!

Unable to follow directions. Asked for no cheese and the egg still came in contact with cheese. Asked for no ice and water still had ice.
