Placed an order before 12 noon ( order actually placed at 10:25) for an item of clothing in stock. An almost 200 shirt and 5 next day delivery! Website says items in stock will be dispatched the same day. I didn't receive an email to confirm tracking/dispatch to confirm delivery time so I rang to query. Spoke to a pleasant lady who informed me that even though I placed the order with plenty of time it had a.) not been packed and b.) not been sent. She apologised and asked if I wanted to cancel the order - hardly helpful. I would have much preferred that WR had adhered to what their website says. Her excuse was that they had been busy over the weekend - not my problem.
