Unfortunately, the pizza was undercooked and the salad was swimming in dressing! I was in the mood for a slice and this was the closest place with the best reviews, but I have no reason to return. Why are you asking for a 20% at the check out register?! If you want a tip provided table service. How am I supposed to tip you without experiencing the quality of your food and service first?! post pandemic service I guess.
I never received delivery of the pizza I ordered. However, I was charged $27. If I could give a negative rating, I would. I placed the order through pizza Bella's website. It was to be delivered via Doordash. I received a text saying that my pizza would be delivered in 30 min. About 5 min later, I received a second text saying my pizza would be delivered in 25 min. I received a third text 20 min later saying my order had been cancelled. I received NO other communication explaining why my ordered was cancelled. I tried numerous times to call Pizza Bella. Each time I received a message from Verizon saying my call could not be completed. I finally called Doordash support. They told me that I was charged directly by the Pizza Bella website and therefore Pizza Bella would have to issue me a refund. I was told that Pizza Bella would not release my order to the driver. After further investigation, the 1st order driver noted that Pizza Bella was closed when he went to pick it up. The order was assigned to a second driver. The 2nd driver noted that Pizza Bella would not release the order to him when he went to pick it up. I called Pizza Bella in the morning. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there was noone there that could help or speak English. I was told to call back tomorrow. I don't know why I was charged if they were not going to fill my order. I read good reviews so decided to give them a try. My mistake!!! So, I continue to try to get hold of someone at Pizza Bella to issue me a refund. I hope there is someone in tomorrow that can assist me. I won't be ordering from Pizza Bella again. And, unfortunately, this was my first Doordash delivery. I won't be ordering from them again either.
