If you would have not acted like a child that did not get his way I was going to see you in about ten minutes ( I was eating my four pepper turkey sandwich) However, since you threw a temper tantrum at my front door, it is best you find someone else to do your physical. Grow up!

I spoke to Dr Rodgers the other day asking about location, hours and cost of test needed. He gave me the address for the West Thomas Rd location, the hours and cost of test. What he failed to mention was the hours they close for lunch. When I arrived approximately 12:35 PM, Monday, 6/26/21 I found the door locked. He opened the door saying they were closed for lunch. When I mentioned it would have been nice to know that, he said "don't come back". No closed for lunch sign, nothing on their website regarding closed for lunch hours. Instead of apologizing his lack of providing accurate hours of operation, his arrogance wouldn't allow that, just "don't come back" spewed from his lips. 7/20/21 Reply to Dr's reply; You totally missed the point Doc! Neither speaking to your in the phone a few days prior, any signage at your place if business or even your website mention "Closed for Lunch" time period. Don't get me wrong, of course you and your staff are entitled to a lunch break, however you would better serve your clients by posting what that time is. It was hot, in had driven across town and found a locked door during posted Open hours. I simply mentioned it would have been nice to have known you had a Closed time for lunch. I did not a you say "have a tantrum" you very simply didn't like it pointed out you failed your clients by nit posting your "Closed for Lunch" time slot. If you remember (which I very much doubt) I was not the only person who had arrived while you were closed. Be a better provider and post when you are closed for lunch.

I was at Doctor Rodgers office today, he is a great guy. really makes you feel at ease and comfortable. I would highly recommend him if you need to get your physical done.

I should have read the reviews before calling and discussing a few things with the Dr prior to making an appointment. Ive never been spoken to so rudely and so disrespectfully. Do not waste your money at this doctors office when theres a dozen places to get a DOT physical.
