Customer service is TERRIBLE!!! I was trying to cancel my subscription but kept getting logged out when I would go to the support page, so I couldn't change my status due to a website problem on their end. They charged my card and won't give me money back or respond to my emails. Personal recommendation: do not get a paid subscription. Worst Experience I have had in a long time.

I am having such a difficult time getting in touch with anyone. No help. No response to emails. Paid for premium package for 2020. Very disappointed so far but keep trying. Wish they would respond. Please. I would like to raise my rating to five stars.

Evernote makes it very difficult to cancel your account. I cancelled my account through its website on June 17, 2019, and the company is continuing charge my account. Finding a phone number to speak with a human at Evernote is difficult to say the least.
