Terrible service for small business owners where your budget is tight. Very expensive monthly fees and they lock you in a contract that you can not get out of even if it hurts your business. I was very upfront about the fact that I quickly saw it wasnt going to be a good fit for my business and wanted to part ways before it got too far and they wouldnt accommodate. The tablets that I got lose communication often and didnt work well with my POS and would be embarrassing when trying to sign up new customers and the tablets would stop working mid sign up. I worked hard to make it work for my business but it just wasnt a good fit, which I have no issue with that, theres just no give on the Fivestars side. Once youre in the contract, thats it, even if it hurts your business. If you have a tight budget and are looking at expanding your marketing options, be aware of the high prices you will be locked into. This is not something you can give a trial to.

Sure, all 5 stars reviews are fake. I can not rate less than 1 stare , I pay 500 a month for 2 location, and it useless, after 3 months more than 1500 customer signed up but I can only reach 600 by SMS because customers are not trust that company and replay yes I called five stars customer service to close my account they give me an appointment after 1 week ( very poor customer service) when I asked him to close my account he answered that I have to pay 12 month to close it the sales representative when he came to my store I asked him ( what if I want to close the account?) he answered just call the customer service. This company is cheating Take Care if you want to work with FIVE STARS
