Absolutely terrible customer service. The employee I spoke with Deanne Erpelding was extremely rude and aggressively hostile when I had an issue to discuss. I would not recommend using them for your design concepts.

Nelson is an amazing company, full of hardworking and dedicated staff members! I have had nothing but great experiences and plan on teaming up with them on many future projects. I would give them 10 stars but it only lets me leave 5!
