Ordered what I thought was a LPG Dacia Stepway in December, now in April when I will be taking posession of it in 5 days, I am told that because I wanted a spare wheel this is not possible to have it as LPG but that should of been explained on the day. But as I signed paperwork for a petrol car (not knowing any difference) there is nothing they can do apart from offer me free floor matts. I recomend going to a dealership where the salesman actually will talk you through any decisions being made for a car! Would of been my third Dacia but I will be looking to get that from else where due to the sales team being awful with their handling of the matter and doing their best to ignore me.

Car was sent in for a service. Enfield branch. Flagship car, stinger 3.3 GT Asked for car not to be washed and the branch did the exact opposite. My vehicle was left with swirl marks on the paint work. Kia enfield accepted liability however refusing to allow my own detailer to rectify. Not happy at all. Emailed head office and brayley No response as yet.

It would have been five star if they hadn't used wax of some type on the windscreen and rear screen Very difficult to see and quite dangerous when using wipers.. very courteous staff
