Your phone went away working sir, you used it for around a week, possibly dropped it and bought it back in saying its not working. We/nor any company covers accidental damage. We did try to sort this amicably but you wanted to talk about how the jury and how the judge was going to side with you in court

Terrible! Avoid this place! My phone went in for a new screen (100 paid) was working fine except for the screen being cracked. End result after a month of trying to fix it - phone is completely dead and apparently "not our fault" I asked if they were insured against this sort of thing, he avoided the question (so apparently not!) Now I am 100 down (so much for the no fix no fee promise) and a 400 phone is in the bin (yes they threw it away) So I'm off to the solicitors now and the local trading standards. Reply to owners comment : Complete lies, the phone came back faulty (no sound from earphone, camera torch not working, and not charging) it was unusable, WHY WOULD I KEEP IT A WEEK! I returned it next working day. Been in your shop for weeks, and now you have the nerve to blame me! Disgusting! You obviously have no intention of completing the repair, or refunding me, so my only option is to take legal action. I simply made this clear to you. Update: Court upheld my claim against ifix, unfortunately they have not paid the court order against them. I am now arranging for bailiffs to cease assets. It's probably best not to have anything in for repair until the bailiffs have removed the required amount of goods

Took phone in with a charging issue. Was told it was the charging port and to return within the hour. Paid 40 and the problem was not resolved. Took to another shop and was told that it had the original port in still and that no-one had had the back off the phone which would suggest that I paid 40 for nothing. I guess more fool me for paying it but I post this here as a warning to anyone else expecting honest service from this place.
