After ordering 5 pallets of stone. Collapsed pallet with 6 x 600 x 600 stones cracked and sealed pallet 6 x 900 x 1200 stones cracked. Mandarin stone have simply confirmed it's there recommended delivery companies fault. However Alar r jones haulage have simply said They follow procedure and can't do anything. Be warned before you order any stones from this company. Lovely quality stone but sad I cant finish the Job.

Mandarin stone have not provided me with a good service at all. I placed a very large order and realised that some of the tiles had been broken in transit. Unfortunately I was outside their 7 day window so they refused to replace the breakages. Considering it was one box I thought they would just sort it out for me as a goodwill gesture. They refused and pointed to the small print. After I complained they offered to replace the broken tiles at 50% of the cost. I was aggrieved about this because they are still putting the costs of their breakages onto me as the customer. They then sent me the wrong tiles and Ive had to wait weeks to get the right tiles replaced. They cant understand why Im not grateful for their appalling customer service. I was even overcharged for the wrong tiles and have had to keep chasing the refund (still pending). Avoid!

Had to make a 2nd order for some tiles due to design change in layout. Tried to order on Monday morning and the website would only let me book for the following week (despite charging over 50 delivery....), so emailed to see if they could deliver the same week (ie within 5 working days) due to tiler being booked in for 1 week only. Was told no. When I asked if a chat could be had with the haulage company to get them out quicker (as the tiles are sat in stock) it was pretty much a "computer says no". Didn't feel like any effort was made to try & help (in fairness it isn't their problem, it is mine, but good customer service goes above & beyond to help). Tiles are nice products though.
