I am sorry you tore the wetsuit and sorry you feel that a free repair from Oneil was not good enough for you, we dealt with this super quickly. We have never accused you of lying, just asked you to return it to a professional repairs to have it assessed, if they would of said it was a warranty issue we would of given you your money back but they said the suit was not, but a free repair was still offered, but still you publicly write just your side of it, rather than the whole story.

Shame to say I had what I would class as very poor customer service. I purchased two kites and a wet suit . The wetsuit developed a hole in the arm where the material joins , on asking about the returns or compensating, i was told that I had caused the damage and would need to return it to some repair person to make an assessment and I was going to have to front the cost of this postage costs for a simply repair. I am pissed that this was a new wetsuit and I had spent about 1500 to be treated like some sort lowclass lying ......... I am done with them .
Lovely shop with staff to match. A rare thing these days. I find it difficult to find nice T-SHIRTS. But this shop has a great variety. And to the lovely lady who helped me out the other day. Many thanks. B
