Hey I dont know why you said we dont pick up the phone we Was answer the phone and nobody never answer even when we call back was calling and hand up, we call you back and never answer. We send a massage telling you something was wrong we the call.

They don't know how to answer the phone but just hang up on customers. I Find the unacceptable as first time customer service experience. Need learn how answer the phone so the customer get the right experience at ah custom printing & embroidery Inc. Thank you,

Mr. Hernandez is very professional, responsive and courteous. I had a stole that I wanted some images added on to it. He saw the stole and said he would be able to do it. I was at first a bit hesitant as I had already called 3 other local companies who said they would not be able to do it. I wanted embroidery but others were telling me that I would need to do vinyl. Went I met with Mr. Hernandez he said that he would be able to do embroidery. At this point I just wanted to get it done. In my haste I did not make it know. As to how large I wanted the images. Despite that he was able to include the 3 images I wanted. Hes prices are also very fair. He was also had a quick turnaround. Hes also very responsive to both texts and phone calls. I highly recommend him. In fact I have already recommended him to a few coworkers.
