Ma'am i spoke to you personally and told you that your drain cleaning would cost $125 because it was a multiplex building.. The drain cleaner also explained to you when he got there that he could not move any of your furniture, tv lamps etc that would be your responsibility due to if any your personal property got damaged we did NOT want to be responsible.!! Sorry you had a bad experience but I did speak to you on the phone and tried to explain it to you after the fact, but I think the language barrier made it difficult.. Thank you Joan

They sent us a very nasty service man. They broke the coffee mug, did not put the bedside table, the cable box, and the TV back where it was belong. They threw stuff everywhere and did not pick up the trash and the mess they made. They asked for 90$ cash via the phone, now he asked for $125 after 5 minutes to fix my drain; of course, I dont have 125$ cash, so I gave him a check. He yelled at me and took my TV. I called 911, he threw the TV back on the floor and walked away with my check. Dont ever use their service. They dont know how to treat customers, they treat us like we are dog and beg for their services . I am very upset. Minh

We wanted to go local with our service people - and thought this company would fit the bill. Unfortunately, they did not. They came to check a leak in our bathtub pipes, told us we needed a new part but that we could buy it ourselves at Lowes so they wouldnt do it for us. We were charged a service fee for this. And did the work ourselves. We decided to give them one more try. They installed two new toilets for us ($900) - but one came with a chipped handle and while they promised to replace it, weve called 5 times and been promised an appointment for replacement on five different days over the past 5 weeks. (Three of those in the last week.) We still do not have a new handle. We asked that they put our nice toilet seat on the new toilet - and they did not. It is still sitting in our closet. They also did not install a new wax seal ring when they replaced the toilet so a sewage smell occurs everytime someone flushes. I wish I could say they lived up to their name, unfortunately, they have not. We will be calling a new company and dealing with the new charges.

Had a toilet replaced. They came out the next day and was very professional and matched the color I needed. Jeff and Kyle were great and completed the job. Will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

I was Lucky enough to Have Maurice to service my heater. I'm Just Looking For Honest, I Cant Belive it after a Long time I FOUND IT at Reliable Heating. Maurice is Friendly, Knowledgeable, Caring of your problem And Even Told Me to Have the Electric Box Checked. I DID, it is in Bad Shape. Thank You Maurice For Many Things. If there is a option for zero star, definitely I will choose that! The company named reliable doesnt match what they do. The plumber came for drain cleaning, so anxious, just wanted to get paid. He left a lot mess on my backyard, told me the problem was fixed which is not truth! I called the company 5 times, every time they told me they will create an emergency message for me, sent someone back ASAP, but they never!!! So, now my backyard has lot mess , the drain cant flow. My problem is not resolved and I cant even clean it up!
