I went there for an appointment with my two children and myself I have a different insurance now the spanish girl kept arguing me down about that the rest of the staff is nice but judging from these comments Ms. Medical biller and coder has issues we all ordered new glasses it's been a month still haven't received them and I need my glasses to see at night not to mention I have a CDL my license says I'm supposed to have on glasses so that can be a pretty hefty ticket for me if a cop wants to give me a hard time after I get out glasses won't be going back

So I had an appointment for one of my children age 13 I should up with both children since I had nobody to watch the other child age 12. Please tell me why they come to me telling me she cant be in here? I had to explain myself 3 times to staff that if I left my child in the car thats a cps case and she cant be left home alone either.

Hate this place. First time here. Everything went well. They said my son needs to come back And they made me put some eye drops on my son eye. 2 hours before the. appointment And when I get there. They said they call me saying they canceled the appointment because doc had and emergency . Not true!!!!nobody call me. Not so professional place made me waste my day for nothing
