I love Carolina Herrera the Brand. This particular store in Sawgrass Mills has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Yet I noticed that the employees were very attentive to the Venezuelan customers. Someone needs to train these employees better.
I have had the worst experience in Merrick Park location in Coral Gables, FL. My wife gave me some shirts for my birthday and for some reason the shirts have a different size to them as the other 30 shirts i have from Carolina Herrera with the same size label. Before I left my house to come to the mall to change the shirts, I checked online for hours of operation. It is listed as open today until 9 pm (picture attached) I arrived at the mall in front of the store, before 7 pm which would of given me 2 hours and some minutes do spare. Upon arriving doors of the store were locked. I knocked in order to get their attention and ask for information on what was going on. The lady who came to the door was rude and with a mask on her face and doors locked was trying to tell me something which I was not able to understand. I asked her to please open the door so i could at least understand what she was telling me in which point ahe refused and walked away. I decided to call the store after waiting for them to come to the door and trying to talk to the rude lady. When I finally got someone on the phone, a lady by the name of Yaribay Astudillo who claimed to be the store key holder adviced the store was closed and she would not open the door as she had already closed the register. I asked her what time the store closes at which point she said 7:00 pm. I mentioned to her i was there before 7:00 and the doors were locked at which point she told me there was nothing she could do about it as her computer was telling her it was 7:00. We are old customers of Carolina Herrera and spend quite an amount of money every year in this specific store and I just fell your personal should at least be trained properly and be able to perform their task as per the companys high standards. I have told my wife at this point i do not care to wear your clothes and have instructed her to return what she bought and get credit towards something for herself if she cared for it. You should do something regarding this situation with your employees before loosing other customers if you so value them as you should.
