I've used this printer 2 or 3 times as a contract customer. The last time I used them they failed to imprint a key part of the clients art in 1 location. Their attention to detail is substandard. Additionally when trying to rectify this situation multiple times I did not receive a response from Arthur. Furthermore any time I called to get pricing on a project from Acu Plus I was made to feel like like my phone call was not as important as the other calls coming in. The way they operate their business from a customer service standpoint is archaic and needs quite a bit of updating. I gave them months of opportunities to make this issue right but they chose not to. Now I'm bringing my contract business to a printer worthy of it who takes business serious and treats customers fairly.

ACU Plus was completely disappointing. They first were denying the quote they promised. Then they offered the pricing. Once I submitted the order they then declined the business. When speaking on the phone they put me on hold to talk to more important customers. Absolutely awful communications and poor way to run a business. Would highly NOT recommend.

ACU Plus is one of the best screen printers I've worked with over the past few years. I just ordered some Hoodies, Tee Shirts, and Long Sleeve Tee's for my clothing brand (Rare Stone Apparel) and they came out amazing! The graphic was a three color image, and I've noticed that sometimes printers have alignment issues where you can see the image layers misaligned. ACU Plus did a fantastic job with the alignment of my three color graphic and the registration was on point! I would Highly, Highly, recommend ACU Plus if you're looking to have some apparel made. Their services are very well priced and the turn around time is great. I put my order in on a Monday and had my items the following week! When I called up to put in my order, I spoke to Julie. She provided excellent customer service and helped me with everything that I needed. All in all you can't go wrong by choosing ACU Plus. It's great to have such a high quality printer so close to home!

Im giving it one star just because they did a nice job on the printing. But Im very disappointed. I was put on hold, their phone commercial even said something about rush orders and no fees. Well My church did a rush order and I talked to Julie about it but still got charged the rush orders. And even with the rush orders she was hesitant on when the items were going to be finished so we ended up discussing on picking it up on Black Friday. WITHOUT ANY EMAILS REGARDING ON MY ORDER she calls me close to closing on Wednesday. Mind you I needed I all my orders for the weekend. Just because I trusted this business and my church have been ordering from them, picking up was a bit of hassle but we needed it by Friday so I didnt mind driving up 3 1/2 hours. It was left in the back, so there was no coworker around since I picked it up close to midnight. Thanksgiving day, I started to organize the items my church bought. We were missing orders. THAT WE PAID IN FULL!!! including the Rush Fee. Julie said shell contact us on Monday but didnt what so ever.it is now Wednesday and lets say its Been a FULL WEEK AND I HAVENT RECEIVED ANYTHING OR HEARD FROM THEM WHAT SO EVER. Ive always been the one contacting them. YOU RECEIVED THEYVE RECEIVED THE MONEY THATS WHY THEY CARE LESS!!!! Truly disappointed on the service and truly am not satisfied with the items.
