Dont get a piercing here. They literally messed up so bad. Now i have to heal, and pay to get re done somewhere else. Just go to a place the specifically does piercings.

Overall, I would not recommend getting pierced here unless you already have some experience with piercings and aftercare. Positive: Great energy, clean environment, friendly staff, punctual and quick appointment--I think I was there for maybe 15-20 minutes. Negative: Only one thing but it was a big one for me and eventually became an inconvenience. I received hardly any aftercare instructions. Was just told to take a picture of piercing aftercare instructions that were framed at the front desk and to reach out if I had any questions. Not sure if that's normal procedure but this was my first piercing so I would have appreciated reviewing aftercare, FAQs/things to expect, either at the beginning or end of the appointment. I had done a bit of research about piercings and aftercare prior to coming in, but it should also be something that is discussed between piercer and client. I was pierced here almost a year ago and had the piercing for about 3 months before I developed a bump at the site of my piercing that just would NOT go away. I removed the piercing 4 months later to let it heal. I'll go to a place that specializes in piercings to eventually get this redone. A couple of my friends have also had some issues in the past with their piercings done at this location. After removing them and having them redone by a specialist, they've had better luck with the healing process after that. I wanted to give this place a better review, but that was not my experience, unfortunately.

Would not recommend, i got my belly button pierced in late march and it’s been acting up since. They don’t have a big selection of jewelry and they only had short bars so there was no room to heal or swell. I’ve gotten 10 other piercings and nothing like this has happened before but with this one it’s very swollen and gross due to too short of a bar and now i need to go get antibiotics. I had to go to another shop get better jewelry and actually help me out. Also while i was there they didn’t seem the most friendly. Some of the workers were but some were not at all. Plus they don’t really give you many aftercare tips
