I have received DOZENS of emails from this company, trying to cold sell us a POS for our bar. While I appreciate a good sales effort, they are just spamming us at this point. I've asked at least 6 times to be removed from their email list, as we get 1-5 emails a day from them. The only response I've received was a message telling me how they are "just trying to help," and that "they must care more about my business than I do," with a snarky "your loss" gif. And then about 10 more emails since.
Working with the Revel team has been very good; the system itself is relatively intuitive, and it can be customized to specific needs. It isn't the PERFECT QSR platform, but where it lacks in smoothness from time-to-time, the support team makes up with fast action.
This company is the worst I have ever worked with. They took my money, took 2 months to deliver anything to me (after my initial installation date) only because I bugged them about getting me what I paid for and did not offer the service that was promised me. Then I found out I had to pay for more setup and service fees that weren't mentioned during the sale. When I told them I want to cancel and return everything (still in the boxes) they said 'I own it and can sell it to someone else'! Now they are trying to invoice me for services I didn't even receive!
