I live in the NL, made two different orders that arrived the same day. In one of the orders, 2 articles were missing, contacted the customer service that does not seem to be bothered about solving my issue. The last 2 emails I sent were already a week ago and nobody cares enough to get back at me and I am starting to loose patience cause its been cause its been more than 2 weeks now
I finally had the chance to visit the store on Dover Street and was not disappointed in the store itself. Modern, sleek and minimalistic with a sophisticated vibe. However the customer service is far below standard. I made two purchases and both times felt they couldn't have cared we were even in the store. They don't even give you the time of day until you are standing at the register with a credit card. We were looking forward to shopping in this store but can unfortunately say we will think twice before spending money here.
Awful client service if something goes wrong with an order. I accept that things go wrong from time to time with any retail business - how these situations are resolved is what really matters. Having experienced an issue with my VB order I received a "computer says no" response from the customer care team who (at best) are too busy to understand the issue to provide decent customer service and (at worst) simply don't care. Either way, don't expect a professional or thoughtful solution.
