I would like Head of customer service Craig Mackay to contact me regarding complaint with company , this is the only way of getting through as Im getting absolutely nowhere through your central customer service department. You will get my details through central customer service and my plot is no 62 Dargavel . Failing that I will be adding my complaint to your website , people have a right to know how you look after your customers ...... 1 Year down the line ! Absolute Joke
