If I could give 0 stars they would be getting that. This place is the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with in my entire life. So far throughout my treatment plan they have 1) Given me the wrong date to come in and I had to drive a total of 40 minutes on terrible roads after a snow storm for nothing 2) Cancelled group therapy but DIDNT call to notify me so I drove 40 minutes AGAIN for no reason 3) Im told one thing here but its always another with these people 4) I waited 40 minutes in the lobby today waiting for have a meeting, the person I was meeting with did not even know I was supposed to see him today 5) I was supposed to be in a group and attend 5 sessions. What should have taken 5 weeks has taken 9 due to so many cancellations I would not recommend this place at all.They do not keep their records up to date, they are not organized and they are so far from unprofessional they its almost funny.

I had an amazing therapist in high school. Then all of a sudden she left (not sure why). She actually set goals with me and helped me. She helped me look forward to therapy. But then my second therapist treated me like a child wanting to play games and stuff. Im not a little kid in basically almost an adult I dont want to play games. And she said I know you dont like me well ya because you treat me like a child. Then she ended up leaving the North Eastern Center as well. Its not good to have employees coming and going if theyre going to be therapists. Its hard on the patient to constantly have to reintroduce themselves, tell their history, and learn a way of therapy that works for them. Its tiring! And I finally got another therapist. She didnt help me cope at all. I told her I was dissociating multiple times. Just for her to say Ill staff it and then forget. She made me feel worse about myself and made my anxiety worse. She would make my worst fears seem even more real. I ended up leaving feeling worse not better. I hated going. Also I was told that because of my financial situation and because im a student Id be charged 10 dollars per appointment but was charged over a 100! Then never received any bills till I received it all at once! I should have been told they changed what they were charging me and they should have been sending me bills earlier not telling me my Medicaid covered for that to change! I wouldnt waste your money if you dont have a lot to spend not worth it. And the docters there are horrible. Where I work id have to request off just to go to an appointment for them to then cancel it. I dont have time to request off, it be canceled, and then have to request off again. Some people work as well. Inconsistent therapists and docters.

Love it!! My daughter has seen a lot of Therapist, she wasnt comfortable talking to, but she loves it here , we drive a hour and a half to go here !

I got the most help here. They are always friendly always there to help. Without there help i honestly dont know where i would be today.

This is a great facility with doctors who are good at their jobs. But my councilor Susan has Scheduled three appointments with me and had not only didn't show up for any of the appointments but also didn't call to inform me that she wasn't going to come and why. Susan is unprofessional and needs to take her job more seriously I am highly offended and I don't appreciate how she is handling her job. Overall it is still a good facility but I highly don't recommend having Susan as a councilor.
