Orderd some minor parts, charged my credit card right away but didnt send the parts. I had to call 3 times after asking about the status of the parts. Package finally arrived missing half of what was ordered. Total nightmare to deal with.

Ferr parts are a great resource for us Ferrari guys especially the ones into the classics..service is to the point, you call, they help you, they are straight forward no BS..i see some complaints about pricing or broken parts, this is normal with used parts , and if you have an issue they always make it right. I'm very happy and highly recommend these guys

Wanted to do zero stars. Do not touch these guys. I bought a spare part which turned out to be faulty. I returned it to them (from overseas) and they have refused to refund the 2.5k cost. Going down the legal route as well now.
