Return policy is terrible. I bought a pair of small snow pants for my son, they were on the men's rack which turned out to be womens so I tried to return them was not able to because it was a clearance item. I was not even offered store credit which would have been fair
Its my first time living in Anchorage and I understand that size selections can be limited coming into winter But overall a great store to shop in and get what you need if you time it right. I had kind of bad timing and I wear a medium coat which is a pretty popular size and only found one coat that fit me. Good customer service 10/10 recommend for quality items

This store is a waste of time. They never have your size boot and they say its more than 6 months to get them.
