I've been training with ABC Fitness for more than 7 years now, and there are many reasons why I won't go anywhere else. The owner and master trainer, Jenn Neal, is extremely dedicated to her clients' health, fitness and well-being. Jenn is always accessible, and incredibly knowledgeable in this field. There are so many programs offered at ABC too -- outdoor bootcamps, Mommy & Me stroller camps, hot yoga, outdoor hiking adventures, run club and more. You really start to feel like you're part of a family, which is why we call each other our ABC Fit Fam! Everyone is welcoming, encouraging and supportive of one another. Jenn and her trainers also bring creative, fun and challenging workouts. Every session is different! One key aspect for me is the before/after evaluations, where you get a variety of assessments, including nutrition counseling. In the time I've spent with Jenn, I've learned so much about macronutrients, eating whole natural foods and learning to identify how my body feels when I don't. ABC Fitness has helped me lose 40lbs TWICE after having my sons, bringing me to the best shape I've ever been in. All of this is just the tip of the iceberg for me... I could go on and on. If you're looking to take care of your health, wellness and fitness journey, don't look anywhere else. ABC Fitness has everything to offer to help you successfully reach your goals!

I've been with Jenn and ABC Fitness since 2011 and can say wholeheartedly this is the best boot camp in town. I have tried others in town and nothing compares to what Jenn has created with ABC Fitness. When you sign up with Jenn, your not just signing up for a workout, your getting a family and a support system like no other! The culture that Jenn has created with this boot camp speaks volumes. It's fun, the workouts are always killer, and you gain a second family. I'm forever thankful for Jenn, Nate, & my ABC Fit fam. I'm closing in on another 6 week camp and have loved every minute of it.
