Hello Vincent, I want to begin our response by saying that we apologize for any frustration or inconvenience our products caused for you. We pride ourselves in the quality of our products and our world-class customer service. It is quite common that our products actually outlive the vehicles they are attached to. We will take your feedback and will learn from it. That being said, there are a few aspects of your review that need clarification. Through our customer service representatives conversation with you, you assured us that the Power Commander did not stop your bike from working, it would only give error codes when the Power Commander was installed. Once uninstalled the motorcycle would run normally. The other issue we would like to clarify is how the product was ordered. Dynojet Research has an authorized dealer of our products in Australia, had you purchased from them, this issue would have been taken care of in a faster, more appropriate manner. Instead, the unit was purchased from an internet retailer in the United States and then shipped to Australia. This creates issues for our service team because not only is the unit now a grey market import that was six months out of warranty, its also from the US-based internet retailer you purchased it from, making that internet retailer the point of contact for your customer service issues. Because we understand how frustrating this can be and because we value you as a customer, we offered a new product for 50% off the retail price, despite it being outside of our warranty. Because the Australian dealer had no part in the original sale and the unit was from the United States, the replacement has to come from the United States as well. Regarding your note that we never replied back. We spent close to 1 hour with you on the phone on July 3, and then you followed up on the 4th of July (a US holiday) and submitted this review. Im sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations, but rest assured, we would have responded back. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience, however, the only options available right now are to go back to the retailer you purchased it from, to see if they would process an out of warranty claim for you. Or if you would like to accept our 50% offer (that we dont offer to everyone), we would be happy to help you. Regards, The Dynojet Team

Bought a Power Commander for a Kawasaki Vulcan S. It caused my bike to stop working about 18 months in and spent weeks transporting and diagnosing the issue. It was only half a year out of warranty and it stopped working while I was out for a fairly long ride and was stuck on the road on the way back. I called them for support and see what they could do. They offered half price off a new unit but I had to cover shipping and testing costs which actually brought the total to almost full price unit anyways. Although I did buy this from Australia making it a grey import, I would have hoped they would try help me get the unit half price from their Australian distributor so I didn't have to pay over $150 in shipping costs. I emailed them with this request and they never replied back. Don't have any faith in the reliability of their products nor the customer service. Very unhappy
