I would not recommend Quality Graphics if you are looking for a reliable printing company and care about good quality and attention to detail. After working with this company for several months, we found that the work is very inconsistent and often careless, and unfortunately our clients have also noticed these quality issues which we are still trying to resolve ourselves months later. Important discussions that are had and agreed upon initially regarding the actual job details, turnaround time, and pricing are not honored and are often forgotten or ignored, so communication is also not the best. I wanted to keep this review short, but overall this has been the most frustrating experience we have ever had to experience with another professional company which has also resulted in unhappy clients on our end and a lot of time and money wasted. I dont write online reviews but decided to write this as I would hate for another small business like us to have to go through what we went through working with Quality Graphics.

Sam and Joe have been designing and printing our annual referral directory for years now - we just completed the 7th edition. They are both super responsive to email and calls. The quality of their work is excellent and you can tell they really care for their customers. Their new Sterling location is so easy to get to. There is no one else locally or nationally that I trust better with our printing and design projects!

Sam and Joe at Quality Graphics and Printing could not possibly be more helpful. Eden Hope Academy has depended on them for three years for all of our projects. Where other printers change for review, Sam quickly scans documents and if she notices a misspelling or graphic inconsistency is quick to call and help us through the problem. I cannot even begin to tell you how much time and money this has saved our company. Joe and Sam have owned QG&P for over 28 years and their love for serving and caring for their customers is second to none.
