I can't really say much about this place because I only follow a friend to pick a car he bought. The little time I spent there the attendant was okay, polite and friendly.

Hi Paul, i have just spoken to the salesperson concerned and have been told that your parting words on the telephone were " no point in wasting yours or my time" if the payments were not what you required, as they were 100 per month away from your target we did as you asked and did not bother you - how is this bad service?

I returned a their call regarding a 6 series they had. I explained that I work for the NHS in A&E so it's difficult for me to take calls but I was looking to part exchange my F30 330d M Sport. I was told I'd be phoned back with some figures about part exchange and finance payments. Never heard back from them, pretty poor service in my eyes. *** In response to your reply I stated I don't want to waste yours or my time. However I was told "Leave it with me and I will get back to you with some figures I'll see what I can do" No phone call, nothing. I also explained I could extend my monthly budget but would appreciate it if you could let me know either way. As I stated DESPITE working in a busy A&E department, I still took the time out to return your initial call, twice.

bought a nissan sunny zx.talked to dave and gavin.great couple of guys to deal with.offered keys to look round car and test drive straight away and left us to it.quick and easy transaction.highly recommend.
