Extremely unprofessional service. Booked a appointment a week in advanced and called the morning of the appointment to notify that I would be running 15mins late. When I reached the shop I was told that I had no appointment scheduled and would have to reschedule. Wasted a couple of hours of my Saturday morning. Would recommend paying 50$ more and going to a place that values your time.

Hello Diana, When you dropped off your vehicle, we informed you that we will be able to do the installation on Monday since we are always booked with appointments and have a schedule to follow. We also informed you that we will call you once your vehicle is ready for pick up. As promised, The vehicle was returned back to you on Monday afternoon. Given that you brought in an off brand radio from eBay we can not be liable for the features and functionality for a product we didnt sell you. When your husband brought back the vehicle, we offered to assist, but he denied. Theres only so much we can do to help. Please let us know if we can resolve this matter, we are more than willing to help. Thank you!

I went online looking for a place to install the audio for my car and rear camera. I read the reviews and I felt confident to get the job done. I left the car on Saturday morning and they told me that is gonna be ready Monday noon. When I pick it up it wasnt ready, I had to wait almost two more hours. The radio works when I turn it on, but next day I had to take it back to fix it again ( speakers on the back no well connected, rear camera no functioning). So I went back to the office and The girl in the office was very unprofessional and disrespectful and the Spanish installer as well, they make me feel like my concerns doesnt matter. Just because I dont have an expensive car doesnt mean that they treat people like they dont deserve a good service. Remember that every dollar I spend at your store is were you got your paycheck.

These people are scammy. I got a Groupon for two front windows as a gift. I just asked them to match the two fronts with the rest of the factory tint and they said it would be $50 because they had to use a tint that was below the legal limit which is weird because the cost of the materials and the process to install it is the exact same as any other percentage tint, but I sucked it up and paid $50. Halfway through the job they realized the passenger window is already factory tinted lighter than the other windows also and asked me for another $25 to remove it before they match it with the other windows. Anybody could look at it and tell it already had tinting on it. There's no way they could have missed that before giving me an already scam price and then starting the job. It's either they're running a scam or just absolutely stupid. Maybe both. Won't be returning.
