I bought a personal trainer and have been very disappointed. My first trainer quit , the second one would Cancel on me and then tell me that my schedule didnt work with her schedule , the third trainer is rude and young and does not listen to me . I am older , not 20 something . He almost hurt me a few times and then had the audacity to say you signed the contract that takes responsibility off of me if you get hurt . Its like kids are running this place . The gym is always dirty and the equipment is rusted or broken . When I called and asked to speak to the manager , I am met right disrespect and they never call back. . I put down a lot of money and I was willing to pay for a year of personal training . I got Recently had to have my appendix out and was told that my sessions are about to expire because I could not come in . They still have yet to call me back and its been 3 days . I cant go up there because I just has surgery . I will definitely be canceling my membership and filing a complaint .

Just reading these reviews there are a lot of Clueless people out there. This Gym is Awesome. Employees are Awesome. Great Customer Service. Weights are always available. Thank You for Asking your Members about the Mask wearing. There still is a virus and its rising again right now. Be Smart Thank You I recommend this Gym as 5 Stars

Very disappointed with this location. Ive been a member for about a month now. Before I became a member I came with my fiancé on a guest pass to a cycling class. Today i brought my mother to check out the gym on a guest pass and JHON stated we had to call in advance or pay $16 and this has been a thing since Covid. He basically called me a liar and I was met with sarcasm. Which is absolutely ridiculous.
