I am honestly amazed this establishment is even still in business. As a small business owner, I would be embarrassed to let my business continue to mess up orders and provide horrible customer service as they do here. I have ordered from here twice. Both times I went in, picked merchandise, privovided exact instruction for printing and paid in full ahead of time. Giving them 3+ days to complete a job they, 'can even do in a day', I never suspected it would be late both times. I can understand calling to let me know that my order will be late, however I didn't receive a call. I walked in to find shirts still sitting on a shelf where they sat for 3 days still not done. How embarrassing. Being told at 8:30pm then again at 7:30pm at night that they could have it done in 1-2 hours (when I had commitments the next morning with the merchandise and given them plenty of time) if I waited in the mall. I am honestly shocked that this happened both times I used the establishment and that both times the owner 'Aaron?' wasn't even close to helpful. The first time I was told I would get 'some free shirts' and that never happened. I also ordered v-necks and ended up with crew neck t-shirts. What an embarrassing establishment to own. From one business owner to another, you need to step up your service because the 2.8 rating is only going to continue plummeting with each sale.

I went to get 5 shirts made. I love the shirt fonts and how they designed it the way I wanted the shirts to be. However, when I got home I noticed the front and back fonts are 2 different colors.

I love the shirt that I got printed here. They didn't have the exact shirt I was looking for, but I am a bit picky. I ended up bringing my own and Erika helped me with designing the shirt as well as the printing. Everything ended up just how I wanted. I couldn't be happier with the service I got today. Thanks again!

The guy that was working there didnt help for anything , he was on his phone while the other girl took care of customers and did her job, she was rude to someone on the phone but it was understandable since she was running the store alone, this guy needs to get fired because he was just sitting there on his phone. Smh
