This company has my family out of the house for six months and still not done. With only two people working in there it's impossible to finish. A lot of work done incorrectly that they needed to fix. The only thing that we keep hearing is " YOUR HOUSE WILL BE READY THIS WEEKEND ", but I'm not sure what month or year. ( I have proof of what I'm saying)

we started remodeling our basement on our own and we got '' a stop work order '' from the city . we didn't know what we gonna do and called BBB and they recommended us ComfortHomeRemodelingDesign . Two days latter they came out and signed a contract with them as they seamed very knowledgeable and gave us a fair price ( thank you )!! CHRD was able to remove the violation !!!! they finished all the framing and did a great job correcting all the plumbing witch included almost all underground plumbing . after that all drywall was installed in 2 days ready for paint ( witch we did of course, saved us some money , and fun :)) CHRD is a good company that works with the client and did everything they promised us from the beginning !!!!!! thank you ComfortHome Remodeling Design !!!!!

The guy named Florin Nestor. Advise to everybody, avoid working with this low life man at any mins possible. Promises promises promises. He does not pay money to his subcontractors no matter hi finds a way to talk away. He speaks a lot but does zero. That is all I can say about this "man". PS. If Florin Nestor starts to say how much work he has for you, and so many customers wiling to have what you do, know that he is laying and he is not intend to pay you in the end.
