Bait & Swtich Several current model Rolexes on display (Explorer II, GMT and Sky Dweller) only problem is that wont let you buy, BUT they do have USED ones for sale at the back of the store, with a 35%+ markup over the current retail price. Money in hand, store had stock, but wanted to scam you into paying more. UNACCEPTABLE. Rolex should drop them like a hot rock. Tourneau's response FAILED to address the fact that you exercise a BAIT and SWITCH sales functionality. 'Oh good sir, we can't actually sell you the product on display, but we have these USED watches in the back, but remember there will be at least a 35%+ premium OVER new and these models are at least 5 years old...' My comments stand and are correct. Tourneau's reply conveniently glossed over that issue. Do not deal with an AD that would treat their customers like this.

I've shopped at other Tourneau and have had descent experience. However the follow-up and timeliness of Wen from this shop is outstanding. She goes above and beyond a normal Rolex boutique. She has been looking to help me build my collection and I'm very appreciative of her.

I requested a crystal on my watch to be replaced since it was scratched. The store said they can do it, but only if i service the watch. I explained to them that they just serviced this watch less that 2 years ago, and it is unnecessary to service it again. They refuse to just replace the crystal. That is extortion of money
