The service here is terrible. First of all the lady at the window said that for our service she needed 122.22$ when we had insurance covered but she still asked for didactable of 122.22$ I was shocked but still gave her 122.25$ then she pulled up a plastic ziploc box from under the table and gave me 3 cents back, I asked her for receipt and she said, "i don't know if I can print one, let me see." Then she called me back to the window and said, "oh I'm sorry it was 20$ not 122.22 I made a mistake here is your money back.". Then we went in and the doctor came in and did absolutely nothing, they made us wait until 9pm when they close then he came and said that you guys have to go to ER. Yeah thank you for making me wait 2 hours.

I did call your patient experience Dept and MJ The manager was rude, sarcastic, unkind, unhelpful, and actually said she couldnt help me doo te doo doo she literally said that Never get called back after leaving numerous messages for weeks at a time. No communication between physicians, staff and patients. Absolute complete disregard for the care of the patient. Bordering on negligent care. No empathy, compassion, follow through. The most inept staff Ive ever seen in any medical facility. Dont tell me to call patient relations when they are part of the problem. I asked to speak to the next person above that office and was denied any contact information. I asked about the policy and procedure guidelines. They refused. Patient experience office is mismanaged and they all have a sense of entitlement and arrogance. I would not take my dog to this clinic.

Dont expect to have a good treatment at Dr Ericas clinic. Her employees are extremely rude and dont respect patients. All they want your information and then go home for weeks until they call. Never go there
