Got a voucher off Groupon for a Xmas present for my European partner after moving all the way here from Sweden. Unfortunately just after I bought the voucher he suffered from a serious nerve injury in his back and has now been healing for over 12 months. Kite Boarding Lessons said they would honour it next season when he was better. Emailed a few days ago, Jan 5, and realised it said in the email that it was extended until the end of 2014. After emailing and asking for my partner to have the lesson as he is now able, and its only 5 day after the end of 2014 Mr Vit Vana not only said no but assumed to relay his opinion on my partners health (never even met him) and that he thinks my partner was able to come earlier and was not going to redeem the voucher. Don't know him, never taken a lesson... but I can assure you his customer service is crap! So disappointed.

Great place to go to for any kite or SUP needs, team are very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions you have. Can not fault them in any aspect. Highly recommended dealing with the KBL crew.

Great place, right on the water. Took private lesson. Vit Vana was my instructor and was awesome! He gave me a quick land lesson and we were in the water in no time - I picked it up pretty quick, and he was there for me. Very high level of customer service. They have amazing stuff at their shop. Bought NORTH Kit from them... Thanks again!
