A full work report was sent 3 hours after the client requested one on the 3rd April. We were tracking 17 key phrases that we agreed with the client, and in the first month of the campaign, we saw over 80% of these key phrases jump onto higher pages. Two phrases in particular were not listed anywhere on the first 20 pages in Google, but after just the first month the same phrases were now appearing at the very top of page 2. As with all our customers, we recommend running a campaign longer than a month to see the best results and allow the rankings to grow efficiently enough to be reflected in the leads generated through the website. Ending the campaign after one month is a shame as this campaign could have really flourished. This must be a scam. None of the work they said they were carrying out was completed to my satisfaction. In fact I am still waiting for them to explain to me what work they had carried out for 299.00. The contact numbers provided were not manned. When I got through to them they said they were working on my site, and would ring back, they did not do this. They put me on a rolling monthly contract of 299.00 when told not to. They must have caught out many people do not be the next one. I am at present going through Trading Standards to put a stop to them. This very costly in terms of the time i have spent trying to get my money back.

Appalling company. A good way to waste 100s of pounds for no results - and have no evidence of any meaningful work done. I could express what I feel about companies like this, but it's the type, that gives SEO businesses , a bad name. In short - a bitter, learning experience. Save your money and do simple SEO work yourself. Tap in 'SEO' into google and a lot of good free info will come up. In addition you can get help from Google - technical help to set up an adwords account - and optimise it. Calls are free and you can call them as much as you like.
