This rating is based on quality and customer service. I used to love getting pizza from here, but today I ordered a pepperoni pizza which seemed like they went with a cheaper pepperoni quality, the pizza was dry and seemed as if they were holding back on the cheese. Well, I called them to give them my feedback on how I was not satisfied with their pizza today and that it seemed different than before. I ended up speaking with the broken English guy, who told me that there is nothing wrong with the pizza, all the toppings are the same and that he is using the same amount of sauce and cheese as well. He also told me that he was the one making the pizzas and there is nothing wrong with them and then said, ok and bye. How rude!!!! I am definitely not eager to go this place anymore. Worst customer service and the pizza is not even worth it anymore to deal with their customer service. Time to find the next best place around here.

They got my order completely wrong. When reported it, got ignored. They used to be good, service has gone down dramatically. No coming back again.

Food was good, would've been a 5 stars review if the place itself wasn't so dull. Place is very quiet and you can hear what the employees are saying in the kitchen. Other than that, pizza was tasteful.

Ordered food. Picked up! Order was all wrong. They provided a credit for half of what I paid. I spent 100 dollars. Talked to district manager George. Said it was nothing he could do to accommodate. Ive spent big money with these guys and for them not to make an accommodation lets me know how I should spend my money moving forward. Never again pepperonis firethorne.
