Nice place to get your eyes check but for insurance glasses they dont have enough options, the place is kept very neatly I like the fact that my glasses was ready for pick up before the holiday but someone told me it will take 3 weeks for my glasses to be ready for pick up however the person who was helping on the day of me picking up my glasses was a bit rude and seem annoyed at me for no apparent reason which made me feel like I was in a very awkward situation. I kept on telling the person my glasses are very loose but the man helping me was trying not to be annoyed at me this. I have been to this eye center the costumer service I received I feel like could be way better other than that I hope they have more options for insurance glass

Horrible. From the moment I made appointment. No customer service. I try to support local businesses but dont waste your time going. I went with my don to get his eyes checked with glasses. He go there 40 minutes early asked if he could see frames. No they need to see insurance card even though they had information already and knew he was covered.. Just do yourself a favor dont waste your time there
I do not know how the employees here sleep at night. James Kim, who examined my eyes after I had a migraine with visual disturbance, was nervous and shady. He was obviously very uncomfortable with my asking pertinent questions during the exam and had a poor enough 'bedside manner' that he did not just ask me to hold questions until after the exam. When I did ask questions, he was very unclear with his answers, and wishy washy about what prescription he'd be writing me and how to wear the glasses, (how often, only for certain activities, etc.) As we left the exam room, he leaned over and in an extremely poor attempt at covertness and whispered something to the cashier about the prescription. After four days of wearing my glasses nonstop, my eyes had not adjusted. While how long it takes for your eyes to adjust may be individual, there are some parameters which indicate a poor prescription. At the end of each day of wearing the lenses prescribed by Mr. Kim, (I refuse to call him a doctor,) I was nauseous and had a migraine. The glasses continued to cause things to look as though they were in a fishbowl, and everything had a sort of double outline, as though looking in a magnifying glass. These are not the signs of a proper prescription. I went to another optometrist, and found that the prescription from Kim was completely wrong. It is unethical to be writing such erroneous prescriptions. This is an optician, primarily. They are interested in selling $200 to $700 glasses, NOT in your eye health and care. The cashiers are pushy and unprofessional. The ONLY good point about this place was that they did not fuss about giving me a full refund, when I showed them the opthamologist's prescription, versus Kim's. I highly advise staying away from this place. Chances are, you will be given the wrong lenses and they are going to charge you hundreds of dollars in the meantime.
