They are struggling right now. Too busy with repairs to help with my questions. Calling listed number to connect to SF store leads to immediately dropped call. Online appointment was also not working. None of this is the customers fault but they sure did make me feel that way and offered no apology or resolution other than go online and try again. Would not even answer basic questions about the model and just repeated direction to make appointment online - which again wasnt working.
Excellent service. We went for a test ride today. It was very orderly and felt very safe. We were off and riding after a bit of explanation. We really liked the bikes... Now just need to come up with the money. :)
The Vanmoof store in SF is as beautiful as the electric bikes! The staff is attentive and helpful, and have all the info you need to start riding. Plus, you can take the bikes for a trial ride!
