So where to start? I originally made a reservation for a day. Couple days later decided I wanted to move a little earlier then scheduled, I called in and spoke with someone, don't remember his name, at the start when he answered he sounded like he didn't know what he was doing, so I told him I wanted a earlier date said ok got it on Monday from noon to 4, I said sounds good could you please change it to me, said yes. We agreed after I made sure 10 times he had changed the date. I then get a message on Monday saying my truck would be there on the originally date I had. They really screwed me on this. Last time I will ever use u pack.

Absolute best service I have ever used. I had a big move from the midwest to the east coast and everything went smoothly because of U-Pack. Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice and helpful. I will be 100% using them in the future if I ever require another POD.

Worst company to chose, I chose them to move my stuff from Illinois to Safford, Arizona and now they are telling me that they can not bring my stuff to Safford. They informed me that I would have to go to Phoenix (3 hours away) to pick up my belongings. This makes no sense, why would I pay for this and only get half of the servic . Do not use this company, they take your money and don't follow through with what they promise. I even have the email web link stating from IL to Safford and they say they don't come this way. Went back on the site and they state they offer it too.
