Sorry you had that experience, if the work is not done right, it usually shows the first weeks of usage, I do not know how long above the warranty time you had it, but so many things could have happened for the tweeter to fell off. Thank you

they do good (mediocre) work; but they only give you a 1 year warranty for the work they perform, as most places warranty the work they do for a lifetime, im not asking for replacement of my items that were purchased, but my speakers (tweeters) had fallen behind the door and youre going to charge me for that!!!! HELL NO!!!! why would i pay for something that wasnt put in properly and fell down, makes me wonder if theyre truly for the work and the sustainability or if theyre more for a quick $

That is strange, you were just here and told us that the remote start we installed on your Honda doesn't work 10 blocks away, we explained you that in the city, because with of buildings and other EMI (electromagnetic interference), the range is less, we tested the unit, double checked the installation and everything was perfect, you thanked us and left happy, at least that what it seemed, and I definitely never ask my employees to kick customers out, you guys pay our salary.

They were nice but when I went back as my system having trouble I went back then the guy as he explained me about system it was not like that. And he knew that he is on fault instead of apologizing he asked his employees to kick me out

The guys here were just all around super! Chris was super willing to help out with all of our questions, whether for the vehicle we brought in today or the hypotheticals for our other vehicles. He fit us in the same day that we called for a window tint and then helped us pick out a great sound system as well. Even though we left with more than we planned, we are extraordinarily happy with our purchases and the experience was altogether absolutely phenomenal! Well definitely be going back.
