The move to booking online was a fantastic idea, reduces queuing time and congestion. The move to reduce all Sutton residents to 1 booking per month is ridiculous, its great news for the people that work there because they will do less work and by what Ive seen whilst there even picking up a broom is hard work for them. The downside I would imagine would be more fly tipping, and less people using this site which means less staff needed. More avoidable job losses.

Excellent timespot of 10:00. Straight through gate and checked off, visited shop to donate then on to skips to deposit various waste. Plenty of helpful guys to direct. Booking process very simple for general waste.
