The move to booking online was a fantastic idea, reduces queuing time and congestion. The move to reduce all Sutton residents to 1 booking per month is ridiculous, its great news for the people that work there because they will do less work and by what Ive seen whilst there even picking up a broom is hard work for them. The downside I would imagine would be more fly tipping, and less people using this site which means less staff needed. More avoidable job losses.
