I would give 0 stars if possible! This man is no doctor. He has abandoned all reason in dealing with his patients! I have a good friend suffering from multiple chronic issues including a diagnosed degenerative digestive issue. She went to him for help and a treatment plan. He chose instead to make a weight joke and she left in tears!! He should be ashamed of himself!

Avoid. My colon prep was poor, yet the staff conducted the colonoscopy anyways. According to industry standards, gastroenterologists are supposed to have the patient prep another day and redo the procedure. (I should have warned my insurance company.) As a result, there were very few images and findings compared to what there normally should be. Dr Dennis Riff never addressed my problems before and after the procedure. Also, he never went over my results properly. He even gave me a report with all the test images blacked out. Associated Gastroenterologists obviously do not stand behind their work or care about their patients health. Also, I called several times about severe side effects from the medications they gave me and no one addressed my concerns. I still do not know why I had a severe GI bleed, or why my stools are thin and difficult to pass. Or why I have pain when I eat and I throw up at night. Or why I have lost so much weight. I believe they never intended on fixing anything for me, it was more about charging my insurance even though I had a colonoscopy last year and the results were fine. Also, I found it unusual that the staff made a point to discuss the procedure with me while I was still sedated and told me I would never remember the conversation.

Dr. Riff is phenomenal. He is an old school, no bs, straight shooter balanced with respect, compassion and kindness. We are so blessed to have found him. The paragon of a true doctor.

Took so long to give us the papers to fill out. My father was ahead of 2 people they called them first before him. His appointment was at 2:30 and they didn't attent to him until 3:30. And there was barely anyone in front lobby. Bad service.
