I am So Sorry for the Miscommunication. According to our first conversation information was given to you on 1/23/20 how the rental worked, then said you'd call me back. Then I received a VoiceMail from you on 3/1/21 (Over a month later) stating you couldn't remember who you had spoke with, and you wanted to follow up and set time. We spoke verbally on the phone 3/1/21 going over the rental again, and you said you'd call me back. I received a call from you today 3/9/21 asking for the date in April, and stated that I no longer had the availability for your sign. I never received payment from you, and cannot hold booking requests without payment.

Fun & Fabulous!! Quality materials & so easy to place an order. I loved that I had so many things to choose from to really personalize my sign & that it was delivered, set up & picked up by them made it so easy. The owner, Shawna, was personable, enthusiastic & great to work with! My friend was so surprised & loved her sign, said, it was a great way to kick off her 50th year!! I highly recommend & I will definitely be ordering again to celebrate those special occasions/events!!
