These people seem to be stuck on themselves IMO. Very impolite and not helpful. Even said "for liability reasons" why they don't sell manufacturered scooters and that they make their own. That doesn't seem to make sense to me, but what do I know? Just sounds standoff-ish. After looking at the reviews makes me wonder how Joulvert is any kind of a good business for paying customers.

I had to fix 7 spokes. I was charged around $110. The bike unfortunately was not return to me on schedule. Its okay, that happens. What I didnt like was the fact that they lost my bike pegs and my rope I put around my bike basket. They said they will get back to me about that, its been a couple months, havent heard back. I recently broke another spoke (Brooklyn streets arent awful). I went to a specialty shop and got custom made spokes, and fixed it for $36. The dude with the long hair is a bit sassy lol, like he doesnt like being asked questions or doing what he currently does. No big deal. They also said they would sell me a new bike tire for $150. I call back for the tire and they said that that specific tire for my bike doesnt exist.... Ill have to go back eventually when I need the motor worked on, as most bike shops dont like to work on ebikes. I love my bike, the joulvert journey folds nice and small. Its super heavy, but I never ride without the pedal assist. And thats all. Thanks

stay away from the company. everything about this company is horrible. the service, the bikes and how there made its just the worst your rather off with a different company then this i promise u this isnt the shop to go too
